Standard curated gift boxes are typically prepared and assembled within 1–2 business days. Customized or personalized gifts may require additional studio crafting time before dispatch.
Standard Delivery
Reliable ground transit with signature delivery confirmation. Ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, and planned celebrations. Estimated transit time is displayed at checkout based on destination.
Express Delivery
Priority courier service for last-minute celebrations and expedited deliveries. Orders placed before our daily studio cutoff receive expedited processing and dedicated transit.
Order Tracking
Once your parcel is sealed and leaves our studio, you will receive an email confirmation containing real-time courier tracking details and milestone alerts.
Delayed Deliveries
Weather conditions or seasonal courier surges may occasionally cause transit delays. If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated window, our concierge team will proactively follow up.
Address Changes
Need to adjust the recipient address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We can readily modify the shipping address before your parcel is handed over to the courier.

Standard orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days following dispatch. Custom engraving or personalized touches generally add 1 to 2 business days of preparation in our studio. Express options provide expedited transit of 1 to 2 business days.
As soon as your parcel is dispatched from our workshop, you will receive a dispatch email containing a tracking link and courier reference code. You can also contact our team via the Order Enquiry form with your order number.
If your package has not yet shipped, we are happy to update the delivery address. Reach out to our concierge immediately with your order reference and revised details so we can correct the label prior to courier collection.
Yes, we ship to a curated list of international destinations. Availability and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs regulations and local inspection schedules can occasionally affect international delivery times.
If a delivery appears stalled or past its projected delivery window, please notify our concierge team. We will open an inquiry directly with the carrier and keep you informed until your gift safely reaches its destination.
