Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all custom engraving text, names, dates, and bespoke gift card messages prior to submission. Aura & Ribbon is not responsible for typographical errors or spelling mistakes entered by the customer. Customized items cannot be canceled once studio production has commenced.
7. Shipping & Delivery

Returns and exchange requests are evaluated in accordance with our published Returns & Exchanges policy. Personalized goods, bespoke gift cards, and perishable edibles are exempt from standard returns.
